1. General
These conditions of participation regulate participation in the competition for profine DigitalExpo 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “competition”), which profine GmbH, Mülheimer Straße 26, D-53840 Troisdorf (hereinafter referred to as “profine”), in the period from March 29, 2022 to 04/10/2022 organized. Participation is only possible during this period. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation. The competition ends with the drawing of 3 (three) winners on April 12, 2022.
2. Eligibility
All natural persons who are at least 18 years old, have a permanent place of residence and are not an employee, relative of an employee of profine or an employee of Mainz 05 who are or were involved in the creation or processing of the competition are entitled to participate. Sweepstakes clubs are not eligible to participate. In order to be able to take part in the competition, participants must find the hidden profine coins within the virtual exhibition space of the Digital Expo and send the solution together with the completely filled out competition form to digitalexpo@profine-group.com. Participation is free.
3. Procedure
Three winners will be drawn at random from all participants who complete the competition form in full and submit the correct solution word to us up to and including 10.04.2022 and will subsequently be informed of this by us or, if applicable, by a cooperation partner. If the winner cannot be reached or if the contact details provided are incorrect, the prize will be forfeited.
4. Prizes
The prize is 3 x 2 tickets for the Kömmerling Premium window seat in Block M at the level of the center line, including free hospitality, at the last three Bundesliga home matches of 1. FSV Mainz 05:

Travel to the match must be made independently and is not included in the prize.
5. Legal Framework
These conditions of participation and the legal relationship between the participant and profine are subject to German law. In the case of participants who do not have their usual place of residence in the Federal Republic of Germany, the legal regulations and rights existing in favor of the consumer under the law of the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be or become legally invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The statutory provisions shall then apply in place of the invalid provisions. These conditions of participation can be changed by profine at any time without separate notification. This promotion is not connected to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
The legal process is excluded. Cash payment and exchange of the prize are excluded. The prize cannot be transferred. Profine reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of equal or greater value, if applicable, should the transfer or shipment of the originally offered prize become impossible for reasons that were objectively unforeseeable or due to force majeure.
Profine also reserves the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part for good cause at any time, even without observing any deadlines, or to change its course. Good cause is given in particular, but not exclusively, in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, attempted manipulation of the competition, attempted disruption or interference with the proper course of the game as well as threats or harassment of employees or other participants.
6. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, 6 para. lit. b DSGVO exclusively for the purpose of processing the competition, in particular for determining and notifying the winners. For the purpose of sending and delivering prizes, we may subsequently collect and process further data, e.g. your postal address.
The processed contact data will be deleted after the end or expiry of the competition and dispatch of the prizes. Further information on data processing can be found in our data protection information.
